Andrew Spence is an accomplished information technology executive with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since April 2021, Andrew previously held multiple leadership roles at the BC Oil and Gas Commission from September 2006 to April 2021, including Vice President of Planning and Technology and Executive Director of Business Transition Strategy. Andrew's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics, both from the University of Victoria.
