Kathy Humphrey

Kathy Humphrey currently serves as the Executive Financial Officer at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Kathy was a member of the Board of Governors at Thompson Rivers University, where responsibilities included chairing the Finance Committee, and held the role of Sessional Lecturer. Additionally, Kathy worked as the Director of Corporate Services for the City of Kamloops, overseeing Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, and Legislative Services. Earlier roles include Finance Director at Thompson Rivers University, Manager of Casino Bingo Systems at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, and Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Kathy holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Master of Public Administration in Management from Dalhousie University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of British Columbia and experience at Lancaster University.
