Suneta Kachru MSc, MBA, HRBP is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in strategic HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario since May 2024, Suneta has held various leadership roles including Sr. Consultant Learning at AMS, Manager Human and Volunteer Resources at West Park Healthcare Centre, and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at William Osler Health System. With expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, HR policy development, and employee engagement, Suneta has effectively partnered with organizations to enhance their HR practices and support business objectives. Suneta's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources, a Master’s Degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability, and various diplomas in Labour Relations and Systems Management.
