Reza Zainudin

Reza Zainudin is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Talent Management Lead at ISMAYA GROUP since December 2023. Previously, Reza has held the roles of Organizational Development Assistant Manager and Talent Management Lead at Legit Group from June 2022, as well as People Development Manager at Ateria from July 2021 to June 2022. At The Union Group from October 2016 to July 2021, Reza focused on creating and administering learning and development strategies as Senior Learning Solutions. Earlier experiences include roles as Training Administrator at PermataBank and Data Entry Assistant at The ASEAN Secretariat, alongside marketing and internship roles that contributed to a comprehensive skill set in communication and project management. Reza holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from LSPR Communication and Business Institute, earned between 2009 and 2014.
