Harel Gradus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as Director of Account Management at Legit Security since March 2025, Harel previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success - Americas at OverIT, where a Customer Success Group was established in North America. Prior to that, Harel worked at Salesforce as Senior Solutions Lead, overseeing significant implementations for enterprise clients across various sectors. Harel's earlier roles included Senior Solutions Architect and Technical Consultant at ClickSoftware, alongside positions at Elbit Systems Ltd, where leadership in software development and project management in the Cyber Division were key responsibilities. Harel holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Technology from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and the University of Toronto.
