Samuel Nieto has over 14 years of experience in product design. In 2021, they began working as a Product Designer for Legl. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Product Designer at Sovrn Holdings, Inc., where they worked cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data to improve the entire experience. Samuel also led the design of the most complex section of the platform, 'Manage my Products'. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Product Designer at Gamesys, where they led product design within the growth side of the business and successfully led multiple projects across web and mobile. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Product Designer at Subspro, where they led the end-to-end design of the app from discovery to launch. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Product Designer at Vuuble, where they created sketches, wireframes and prototypes, conducted user interviews and user testing, and studied analytics. Samuel also created the branding and established the guidelines for the initial marketing material of the newly created brand. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Interactive Art Director at Jung von Matt, where they shaped the user experience across web and mobile, primarily embedding with Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Bosch. From 2007 to 2012, they were a Junior Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather, where they worked on TV and print advertising campaigns from concepts to final artworks for brands such as Ford, Santander and Telefónica.
Samuel Nieto attended Universidad Francisco de Vitoria from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Creative Advertising and Public Relations. Samuel then attended Hyper Island from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Interactive Art Director. Finally, they attended General Assembly in 2018, where they earned a degree in User Experience Design.
