Deirdre Kaval

Deirdre Kaval is an experienced retail buyer and merchant with a strong background in merchandise assortment and inventory management. Currently serving as a Retail Buyer at LEGOLAND® New York Resort since November 2019, Deirdre develops unique product assortments for a diverse clientele while effectively managing Open To Buy strategies to achieve revenue goals. Previous experience includes working as an Associate Merchant Sportswear at Dressbarn, where Deirdre contributed to driving growth for a $22M business by managing inventory and promotional strategies. Deirdre has also held roles as a Location Analyst at Footstar, a Marketing Assistant at Victoria's Secret, PINK, and a Marketing & PR Coordinator at Bennett Footwear Group. Deirdre holds a degree in Marketing, Fashion from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising.
