River Lee

River Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1999, Lee worked at Thomson OKMCO (Shenzhen) CO., LTD as a Senior Quality Engineer / Six Sigma Black Belt, where they successfully implemented ISO14001 environmental management system and upgraded the quality management system. Lee also introduced six sigma and lean manufacturing to the company, leading to improved productivity and cost savings.

In 2005, Lee joined TÜV Rheinland AG as a Lead Auditor, conducting management system audits for ISO9001, ISO14001, and IECQ QC080000 HSPM. They conducted over 400 professional certification audits in various industries.

Moving on to Milestone AV Technologies in 2008, Lee held the roles of Quality Manager and Manager-Supplier Development Engineering. As a Quality Manager, Lee managed the pre-shipment inspection process and drove OEM suppliers to improve product quality. They also oversaw the supplier quality engineering group and participated in product design phase gate reviews and NPI processes. Later on, as Manager-Supplier Development Engineering, Lee was responsible for department management and allocating work to supplier development engineers.

Most recently, Lee joined Legrand AV in 2017 as Director-Supplier Development Engineering. In this role, they led the project management team and collaborated with suppliers and various teams to ensure project success. Lee also played a key role in department management, developing and implementing goals, objectives, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Overall, River Lee has accumulated extensive experience in project management, supplier development, quality control, and auditing throughout their career.

River Lee obtained a Master's Degree in MBA (Quality Management) from Northwestern Polytechnical University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
