Ken Brown

Ken Brown currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for North & Central America at Legrand, a role held since October 2014. With extensive experience in human resources and talent management, Ken previously held senior positions at McCann Worldgroup, where responsibilities included overseeing global talent management and serving as a human resources business partner. Prior roles include vice president positions at Young & Rubicam Group and The Forum Corporation, focusing on talent management and customer experience solutions, respectively. Additional experience encompasses senior management roles in consulting and human resources at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and American Express, as well as various management positions at PepsiCo. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
