Ledi Jahja

Ledi Jahja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resident administration, project management, and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Resident Administration at Legum & Norman since May 2022, Ledi oversees resident services, manages administrative functions, and ensures compliance with governance protocols. Previous roles include Assistant Community Manager, Sales Professional at Nordstrom, and various project coordination and management positions at organizations such as the Women's Democracy Network Albania and SNV. Ledi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from SUNY Empire State College, a Master's degree in Business Management from Tirana Business University College, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tirana. Additionally, Ledi is pursuing certification as a Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
