Marc McCoy is currently the President at Legum & Norman, a position they have held since July 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the management of residential communities, HOAs, community associations and strata corporations in the U.S. and Canada. Marc also oversaw the development of low-, mid- and high-rise condominiums and cooperatives, single-family homes, master-planned communities, lifestyle communities and active adult communities, as well as rental and commercial properties.

Marc McCoy has extensive experience in the property services sector and is a highly respected leader in the industry. Marc is known for their deep industry experience, local market expertise and personalized attention to detail. Under their leadership, Legum & Norman has become one of the most successful property management companies in the country.

Marc McCoy received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Oklahoma. Marc also holds certification from the Community Association Institute in AMS and the National Board of Certifications for Community Association Managers in CMCA.
