Christopher Moughan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher is currently the Director of Service & Technology at Lehigh County Authority, where they are responsible for strategic planning and implementation of technology-related initiatives. Previously, they served as the Chief Information Officer at the same company, overseeing technology policies and procedures. Prior to that, Christopher worked as a Business Information Analyst at Bell Canyon Consulting from 2014 to 2017. Christopher also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Worth & Company, Inc from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have experience as an Engineering Manager at B&G Manufacturing from 2011 to 2012 and as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Martech Medical Products, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. Christopher started their career as an Information Technology Manager at Dual Temp Company from 2003 to 2007.

Christopher Moughan obtained their education from three different institutions. Christopher began their educational journey at Penn State University, where they studied Network Engineering from 2001 to 2003. After that, they attended Muhlenberg College and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General, from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they enrolled at DeSales University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013.
