Scott Clark

Scott Clark has extensive experience in risk management, safety training, and law enforcement. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Risk Management Association since January 2024 and as Risk Manager for the County of Lehigh since October 2023, Scott also holds the position of Township Supervisor for Eldred Township and is involved with the Planning Commission. With a background in safety and training as the Safety & Training Manager at Trans-Bridge Lines, Inc., and as a Senior Loss Control Representative at National Interstate Insurance Company, Scott has honed specialized skills in loss control and risk assessment. Past roles include Patrol Sergeant and Detective Sergeant at Upper Gwynedd Township Police Department and various positions within Eldred Township, including Zoning Board Member. Scott's educational background includes ongoing studies at Montgomery County Community College, along with a high school diploma from Brattleboro Union High School.
