David Perkins

David Perkins is Vice President of Government Affairs & Communications for Lehigh Hanson, Inc. Prior to joining Lehigh Hanson, he served as President and CEO of the Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association (TACA) and previously served as Vice President – Environmental, Government and Public Affairs for Martin Marietta. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University.
