Phil Redmond

Phil Redmond is the Vice President, Competence Center Materials for Lehigh Hanson, Inc. Redmond has extensive experience in the aggregates and construction materials industry and has held a variety of general and senior management roles in the U.K. since joining the company in 1998. Prior to accepting his current position with the company, Redmond served as Managing Director of Hanson Aggregates in the U.K., a position he has held since 2012. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the Asphalt and Contracting business. Redmond is Past Chairman of the Institute of Quarrying and is currently the President of The Institute of Quarrying. He studied Mineral Process Engineering at Sheffield, holds an MBA from the University of Glamorgan and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
