Charlene Fisher

Charlene Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charlene began their career at Lee Memorial Health System in 1979, starting as a patient care technician and eventually transitioning into nursing and Quality concerns. Charlene'slast position at Lee Memorial Health System was in business support for Surgical Services. In 2002, they joined HMA - LRMC as the Director of PI and Education. After that, they worked at the State of Florida as an AHCA Supervisor, where they supervised surveyors conducting State and Federal surveys in various healthcare facilities. In 2012, they moved on to Community Health Systems as the Director of Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Compliance. Currently, they are serving as the Interim CNO, Medical Staff Director, and Risk Manager at Lehigh Regional Medical Center.

Charlene Fisher's education history includes attending the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Risk Management.
