Aubrie Sobieski

Aubrie Sobieski, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Lehigh University since October 2014, Aubrie provides strategic direction for enterprise-wide talent initiatives and collaborates with leadership to align hiring strategies with the university’s long-term goals. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Associate at Aaron Resources, as well as a Recruiter and Staffing Consultant at Perkins and Marie Calenders. Aubrie holds a Human Resources Employee Relations Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from DeSales University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Northampton Community College.
