Erik J. Walker

Erik J. Walker is the current Chief of Staff at Lehigh University. Erik previously served in the US Army for 20 years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During their time in the Army, they served as a Commander of a company or battery. Erik was responsible for the readiness, training, welfare, discipline, and morale of all personnel, as well as maintaining maintenance oversight and equipment accountability. Erik led and rebuilt a decimated company, regaining accountability and improving morale. Erik also approved master training schedules and maintained overall accountability of equipment and budgets. Additionally, they deployed personnel and conducted operations analysis and forecasting for logistics support and ammunition.

Erik J. Walker graduated from Liberty High School and then attended West Virginia University, where they earned their BA in Erik'story. Erik then attended Penn State University-Harrisburg, where they earned their MA in American Studies. Erik J. Walker is currently a Senior Military Officer at the Command and General Staff College, where they are studying Leadership, Management, Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving.

Erik J. Walker reports to Joseph J. Helble, President. Erik J. Walker works with Donna Feist - Executive Assistant, Joseph Buck - VP, Development & Alumni Relations, and William Gaudelli - Dean, College of Education.
