Natalie Kam is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biostatistics and Health Data Science at Lehigh University, expected to graduate in May 2027. Currently, Natalie works as an Undergraduate Student Researcher in the Computational Uncertainty Lab, developing a web application to visualize hospital admission data under the supervision of Professor Thomas McAndrew. In addition to this role, Natalie is involved in the AI Strengthening Healthcare Access project, aimed at improving healthcare education in Sierra Leone, and serves as a Research and Mobilisation Intern for the Sustainable Development Progress Committee, focusing on community engagement related to sustainable development goals. Previous experiences include conducting microbiological research within the SEA-PHAGES program at Lehigh and participating in clinical shadowing programs, gaining valuable insights into patient diagnosis and treatment.
