Rachel Howard

Rachel Howard is an experienced professional in donor relations and student-athlete development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Donor Relations at Lehigh University since May 2023. Prior roles include Director of Athletic Enrichment and Director of Student-Athlete Development at the University of Connecticut, as well as a full-time intern in Student-Athlete Development at Boston College. Rachel has also held positions such as Athletics Graduate Associate at Springfield College and various internships focused on athletic development and public relations. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Leadership from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Springfield College.
