Stefanie Burke

Stefanie Burke is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Dean and Director of First-Year Experience at Lehigh University since December 2012, with previous roles as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Special Projects Coordinator. Stefanie has extensive experience in facilitating leadership workshops, managing staff, and overseeing team-building initiatives. Prior to Lehigh University, Stefanie held the position of Coordinator of Leadership Programs and Women's Student Services at the University of South Carolina, where responsibilities included developing leadership program curricula and organizing regional conferences. Additional experience includes roles at Miami University and James Madison University, where Stefanie coordinated leadership programs, managed logistics for summer conferences, and provided customer service for campus facilities. Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from James Madison University.
