Nicolas Ladino

Nicolas Ladino is an accomplished architect with a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Architecture at Syracuse University and a minor in Real Estate from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Currently serving as Architect II at Lehman Smith McLeish since July 2022, Nicolas also co-founded ROB in March 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant in first-year architecture studios, Plot Room Monitor, and assistant in the 3D Fabrication Lab at Syracuse University, along with a Junior Designer Intern position at IA Interior Architects. Earlier career stages featured internships at Crystal McKenzie, Inc. and JP Design, Inc., where Nicolas gained experience in environmental graphic design and multifamily residence proposals, respectively.
