Jaime Oliveira

Jaime Oliveira has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and architecture. Jaime started their career as a Draftsperson at Eagle Design Associates Architects in 2001, where they gained skills in hand drafting and AutoCAD. Jaime worked on both residential and commercial projects, focusing on designing and generating construction plans based on field measurements and client preferences.

In 2006, Jaime joined Andrew V. Giambertone Architects as a Production Architect/Staff Architect. Jaime assisted lead architects in creating interior and exterior construction drawings for high-end residences. Jaime generated comprehensive plans, floor plans, elevations, and details to meet design objectives. Jaime collaborated closely with project architects, construction managers, and subcontractors.

Jaime then joined U.S Rilin Corporation in 2012 as an Assistant Project Manager. Jaime was responsible for general construction management tasks, such as processing submittals and RFI's, CFO's, permitting documentation, and work progress logs. Jaime also assisted in coordinating the R.A.E.O.

From 2013 to 2014, Jaime worked as a Project Manager at Black Bull Builders LLC, where they oversaw projects and ensured their successful completion.

In 2014, they received certifications from the NYC Fire Department for Fire Guard for Torch Operations & Construction Site as well as Torch Use of Flammable Gases. In 2012, they obtained the OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety certification. Additionally, they acquired AutoCAD certification in 2004.
