Kathleen H. has extensive work experience in project controls and management consulting. Kathleen started their career as a Project Controls Engineer at Burns and Roe in 1994, where they tracked critical documents. Kathleen then worked at JFKIAT as a Project Reporting Manager, overseeing document control and creating databases for cost control. At Hudson Waterfront Associates/TNW, Kathleen served as a Project Manager for multiple rental and condominium high-rise buildings, managing purchaser communications, restructuring walkthrough programs, and ensuring quality finishes. Kathleen later joined Extell Development Company as a Project Manager, where they designed and implemented QA and Purchaser Punch list databases and established closing procedures for properties. Following that, Kathleen worked as a Tenant Coordinator/Cost Control Manager at Meadowlands Management LLC, developing a Forecast At Complete report, a comprehensive reporting tool for tracking tenant allowances, and a document control filing system. Kathleen then joined Granite Solutions as a Management Consultant, where they developed project controls and program management tools, including a pipeline reporting program and a custom development cost reporting system. Most recently, Kathleen worked at Hines as a Project Controls Consultant, where they were involved in the delivery, support, and development of various project cost reporting systems, as well as the management, tracking, and reporting of change management documentation. Kathleen also helped create project procedures and delivered numerous PowerPoint presentations. Kathleen is currently working as a Consultant at Lehrer Cumming.
Kathleen H. is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Southern New Hampshire University. Kathleen is expected to complete this program in 2025. Prior to their current program, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at the same university, which they completed in 2023. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certification in Construction Project Management from the New York University School of Continuing Education from 2005 to 2007.
