Stephen Casella

Stephen Casella has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Stephen most recently served as a Project Director at Lehrer Cumming, where they worked on high-rise buildings in New York, including super-slender skyscrapers over 300 meters tall. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at RXR Realty and as an Executive Project Manager at Slate Property Group. Stephen also has experience as a Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, and as a Project Manager at Interstate and Structure Tone. Their roles have involved overseeing construction projects and managing facilities for major clients such as Citigroup.

Stephen Casella has a strong educational background with degrees obtained from prestigious institutions. Stephen completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) at Bryant University between 2001 and 2005. Following this, they pursued further education at New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate, earning a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) with a focus on Strategic Real Estate Management from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, from 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Construction Project Management from New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS).
