Stephen La Pera

Stephen La Pera has extensive work experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and electrical engineering. Stephen started their career at Dynalectric Florida as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects at Miami International Airport and ensuring they were completed on time and within budget. Stephen then worked at The Berman Group as a Project Manager, managing construction projects worth approximately $65 million. Following that, they joined Fisk Electric as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for estimating, material procurement, and coordination of work with engineers and vendors for projects such as the Broward County Courthouse and the Hollywood Memorial Hospital.
