Hugh Lydon

Hugh Lydon has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and media production. Hugh started their career as an English Language Teacher at Embassy Language School Oxford in 2013, where they worked for six years. In 2019, they joined Solaris Bank as a Graphic Design Intern for six months. In 2021, they worked as a Graphic Assistant at Spread Group for four months. In 2022, they worked as a Graphic Designer at sedruck KG for four months. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at 1983 Creative as a Junior Graphic Designer, focusing on image editing, motion design, and logo designs. Hugh also worked as a Logo/Advertising Designer, drafting, pitching, and designing company logos and managing multiple projects for global clients. Currently, they are working at eduki as a Media Designer and Video Content Creator.

Hugh Lydon completed a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Essex. Hugh then obtained a CELTA certification, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor, from the University of Cambridge. Following that, they pursued Graphic Design studies at the California Institute of the Arts for one year in 2018, and later at the IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung from 2019 to 2021, focusing on Graphic Design. In 2021, they obtained a certification as a Certified Media Designer for Digital and Print from the IBB Institut für Berufliche Bildung AG. Additionally, in October 2022, they completed the Social Media Marketing Foundations certification through LinkedIn.
