Susann S.

Susann S. began their work experience in March 2017 as an Onboarding Specialist at Lingoda GmbH, where they helped onboard new employees. Susann then worked as an Instructor for Music at Oberschule an der Egge from August 2017 to September 2018. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Instructor for Music & Biology at Oberschule an der Lehmhorster Straße during the same time period.

In September 2018, Susann joined Twin Cities German Immersion School as an Instructor for Physical & Earth Science and as a Professional Development Coordinator. In these roles, they designed and implemented training programs, collaborated with subject matter experts, and conducted data analysis.

In June 2021, Susann became a Certified Author for Instructional Content at eduki (formerly Lehrermarktplatz). Susann developed instructional content for educational purposes.

Most recently, in December 2021, Susann joined Minneapolis Public Schools as an Instructional Designer. Their responsibilities include analyzing training needs, designing online courses, and developing training programs in collaboration with peers and subject matter experts.

Susann S. completed their Bachelor's degree in Education, Music, and Biology at the University of Münster. Susann then pursued a Master's degree in Education, Music, and Biology, also at the University of Münster, which they completed in 2016. During their studies, in 2014 and 2015, Susann S. spent some time at the Universidad de Salamanca for an education-related program.

In addition to their formal education, Susann S. has obtained numerous certifications in various fields.
