Yudhajit Bhattacharjee

Yudhajit Bhattacharjee is a Research Scientist at Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden since January 2023, specializing in PVD-based fabrication of inter-digitated electrodes and the design of inorganic nanomaterials for strain sensing. Currently serving on the reviewer panel for the Royal Society of Chemistry, Yudhajit previously held the position of Fine Trust Postdoctoral Fellow at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, focusing on the fabrication of organic electrochemical transistors. As a Research Associate and Doctoral Researcher at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from 2016 to 2021, responsibilities included designing and synthesizing core-shell materials and investigating their EMI shielding capabilities. In earlier roles, Yudhajit contributed as an Editor at Cactus Communications and held various research positions that included the synthesis of bioactive silver nanoparticles and organometallic catalysts. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MTech from Indian Institute of Science in Materials Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta.
