JAFFER YOUSUF is a researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) since October 2021 and has been a scientist at the ICAR-Indian Council of Agricultural Research since June 2017. In August to September 2023, JAFFER served as a visiting researcher at the Technical University of Liberec. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy (PGDELP) from National Law University, Delhi (2017-2018), and studies at the Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Fisheries University, Mumbai (2012-2018). Additionally, JAFFER is affiliated with IGB for further studies.
