Venkata Rao Rayapati

Venkata Rao Rayapati holds a PhD in Doktoringenieur from Technische Universität Chemnitz, specializing in resistive switching in ferroelectric polycrystalline yttrium manganese oxide thin films. Venkata has extensive research experience, currently serving as a researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology since May 2020. Prior roles include positions at Fraunhofer ENAS as a Wissenschaftlicher mitarbeiter and research assistant from March 2017 to May 2020, and a research assistant at Technischen Universität Chemnitz from July 2016 to October 2016. Venkata conducted a master's thesis research project at Technischen Universität Chemnitz from October 2015 to May 2017. Early career experience includes working as an electrical and instrumentation engineer at Kopal Green Power Limited from September 2011 to May 2013. Educational qualifications also include a master's degree in micro and nano systems from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical and electronics engineering from Andhra University.
