Angel Viosques

Angel Viosques has extensive work experience in the medical equipment industry. Angel started their career at Essilor España, S.A. in 1995, where they worked in sales and marketing roles for medical devices related to neurosurgery, ENT surgery, ophthalmic surgery, and plastic surgery. In 2000, they joined Leica Microsystems as a Product Manager in the Medical Division and held that position until 2004. Angel then took on various roles within Leica Microsystems, including Sales Manager in Spain, European Marketing Manager/Sales Manager for the Iberia Medical Division, Regional Sales Manager for South Europe, Sales Manager for Europe, and finally, Sales Director for Europe in the Medical Division. As of 2018, they became the Market Development Director for EMEA at Leica Microsystems.

Angel Viosques has a master's degree in Public Affairs and Market Access from MPG | European Health School, which was completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Hospital Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial from 2013 to 2014. In 2003 to 2005, Angel completed an MBA at EADA Business School. Earlier in their education, from 1991 to 1994, Angel received a general degree in Optics and Optometry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, they have a certification in Infection Prevention and Control for Novel Coronavirus from the World Health Organization.
