Christopher Ott

Christopher Ott has extensive experience in microscopy and biological research. Currently serving as Supervisor and Advanced Workflow Specialist at Leica Microsystems since May 2017, Christopher provides field support for Confocal customers and the sales team in applications workshops and product demonstrations. Prior experience includes managing the Imaging Core Facility at the University of California, Irvine, offering advanced training and support for various microscopy techniques. Christopher's academic background includes a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from UC San Diego. Earlier roles included research on gene expression related to Alzheimer's disease and teaching upper-division biology courses.
