Jeffrey Hill

Jeffrey Hill has a diverse work experience. Jeffrey started their career in the United States Air Force as an NCOIC, specializing in Laboratory Science and gaining expertise in logistical and operational management. Jeffrey then worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, where they supervised a team of laboratory technicians and demonstrated emotional intelligence in conflict resolution. Later, they served in the US Army as a Platoon Leader, leading military police units in combat and peace-time operations. At Beckman Coulter and Videojet Technologies, they held various roles focused on service operations and process improvement, utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles. Most recently, they have been working at Leica Microsystems as the Director of Service Operations for the Americas and previously as the Global Director of Customer Experience. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated strong leadership, multicultural communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Jeffrey Hill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they completed from 2015 to 2019. Jeffrey also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from The University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Jeffrey has obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University and has completed a Program Mini-MBA in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma. Jeffrey has also received training and leadership education in Tactical and Strategic Leadership from the United States Armed Forces. Furthermore, they have completed technical training in Military Strategic Intelligence, Military Police, and Laboratory Science. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey has certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CBBLSS) from Villanova University and as a Medical Technologist (MLS) from ASCP. Jeffrey has also completed the Harvard CORE Program from Harvard Business School Online in 2015.
