Tian Liang

Tian Liang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and training within the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Since May 2013, Tian has served as the Director of Sales Operation and Training at Leica Microsystems, focusing on optimizing sales processes, enhancing productivity, and developing training systems for future growth. Prior to this role, leadership was demonstrated as Head of Learning and Development at Boston Scientific from April 2011 to May 2013, where a comprehensive training framework was established. Previous positions include Commercial Training Manager at Baxter and Training Manager at MSD Sharp & Dohme GmbH, where oversight of multiple business units was managed. The career began as a Regional Training Manager at Xian Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd., responsible for internal and external training initiatives. Academically, Tian holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Wollongong.
