Denise Woolley

Denise Woolley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biomedical and pathology sectors. Currently serving as a Workflow Optimisation Enablement Consultant at Leica Biosystems since June 2023, Denise focuses on delivering customized training programs to enhance workforce skills and supporting strategic customers in onboarding workflow optimization techniques. Prior to this role, Denise worked at Leica Microsystems as a Pathology Solutions Implementation Consultant, where responsibilities included facilitating scientific project implementations and enhancing digital transformation initiatives. From August 2015 to January 2021, Denise held the position of Senior Scientist at Leica Biosystems, leading R&D efforts for antibody and RNA probe projects. Denise began a career in the NHS, serving as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist from 2005 to 2015, specializing in various pathology techniques and training staff in histology and immunohistochemistry.
