Justine Reed

Justine Reed has extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and technical services, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Leica Biosystems since October 2007. In this role, Justine oversees the QARC Department and is involved in advanced staining and imaging management. Previous experience includes directing the Technical Services Department and leading assay development initiatives to create immunohistochemistry devices. Justine's earlier career includes roles at Transgenomic, where management of production teams and laboratory techniques was essential, and as a Biomedical Scientist at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, where participation in on-call duties and student supervision took place. Justine holds a Diploma in Management Practice from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Northumbria University.
