Katrina Bakewell

Katrina Bakewell currently serves as the Head of Education, Skills and Work and Neurodiversity Manager at Serco since June 2023. In addition, Katrina has been associated with Leicester City Football Club as the LCFC Lead Link Tutor and Mentor for the full-time training model and academy education tutor since January 2013, where responsibilities include supporting students in their educational achievements alongside their football training. Previous experience includes roles as a Quality Performance Specialist at PeoplePlus UK from February 2022 to May 2023, and as LCFC Lead Link Mentor at Beauchamp College from January 2015 to August 2020. Additionally, Katrina held the position of Extended Schools Leader at Hall Orchard Primary School from January 1996 to December 2015, overseeing the management of early years and after-school provisions. Educational qualifications include a degree in PCET Post-Compulsory Education and Training from Birmingham City University, a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management from Nottingham Trent University, and studies at Loughborough College Group and Rawlins Community College Quorn.
