Andy Elliott currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Leicestershire Police, having taken on the role of interim CTO while the recruitment for a permanent position is underway. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Change and Programme Manager at Leicestershire Police, overseeing significant transformation initiatives within the organization. Prior to this, Andy was the Head of Transformation at Derby City Council, where contributions included the successful delivery of the One Derby, One Council Transformation Programme and various organizational improvements. Andy's career began in retail management with Virgin Retail, where tenure lasted from 1991 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Sunderland.
