Mel Davison has extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the technology and training sectors. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Leicestershire Police since October 2020, Mel leads a portfolio of technology projects aimed at enhancing public safety and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Development & Learner Experience Manager at Leicestershire Police, where responsibilities included initiating and implementing training initiatives, and Product Development Project Manager at Korn Ferry, overseeing the development of an online reporting system. Previous experience at Telstra involved various managerial roles focusing on project management, customer experience, and quality assurance.
