Joost van Den Brink

Joost van den Brink is a seasoned academic in the field of biology, currently serving as a lecturer at Leiden University since February 2016. Prior to this role, Joost held the position of Kerndocent Biologie en Medisch Laboratoriumonderzoek at Hogeschool Rotterdam for a brief period in 2015 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at CBS Fungal Biodiversity Centre from 2009 to 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a docent biologie at Hogeschool Rotterdam and as a PhD student at Delft University of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Joost's educational background includes a master’s degree in biology from Wageningen University & Research and a teacher certificate in biology from Windesheim.
