Enver Malsia

Enver Malsia has extensive work experience in the field of technology and management. Enver is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Leidit, LLC since 2018. In this role, they are responsible for managing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow application and services. Enver also manages the partnership between Leidit and ServiceNow, ensuring that the organization stays updated with all certifications.

Prior to their current position, Enver worked at USAID from 1999 to 2017, holding various roles. Enver served as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, where they acted as a trusted technical advisor and partner in the digital transformation journey. Enver managed the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow application and services. Enver also created operating models, capability models, technical architectural models, and roadmaps.

Enver also worked as a Property Management and Systems Analyst at USAID, where they analyzed and improved property management processes. Enver developed and implemented plans and memorandum of understanding (MOU) to streamline operations and enhance accountability standards.

In addition, Enver worked as a Computer Management Specialist-Systems Manager at USAID, where they monitored and maintained electronic messaging systems. Enver installed and upgraded network software, optimized network performance, and ensured data security.

Prior to that, Enver served as the Personal Property Manager/Systems Manager Assistant at USAID, where they managed the Alternative Service Provider (ASP) operation and provided property management services to multiple USG agencies.

Enver Malsia obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" between 1993 and 2000. In 2021 and 2022, Enver enrolled in the ServiceNow Master Architect Program AMS 2021 at ServiceNow.
