Challise Sullivan

Challise Sullivan is a Senior Scientist and Director of Laboratory Operations at Leidos, where they contribute to cutting-edge research and technology supporting government-funded programs. Previously, Challise served as a Staff Research Associate II and Lab Manager at the University of California, San Diego, focusing on biomarker assays and synaptic adhesion molecules, and worked as a Research Technician at The Scripps Research Institute on translation enhancer mechanisms. They gained experience in quality control and production as a Technician at VMRD, Inc. Challise holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Idaho and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs.
