Charlie Pelham

Charlie Pelham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic operations across various sectors, primarily within defense and engineering. Currently serving as Business Development Director for the RF Division in the Land Systems Business Area at Leidos, Charlie manages operations and opportunity synchronization for the Dynetics Group. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Development at BAE Systems and Program Analyst Branch Chief for the US Army, where Charlie led strategic initiatives and budget management for substantial military programs. Charlie holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with advanced military education from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies and the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Additionally, Charlie serves on the Board of Governors at the Army Navy Country Club, overseeing significant construction projects and capital investments.
