Colin Lowe

Colin Lowe is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Leidos since August 2016, where expertise includes leveraging technology to enhance software engineering capabilities and managing a large matrixed team of over 170 professionals. Previous roles include significant positions at Lockheed Martin, Ciber, 2e2, Marshalls PLC, DLA Piper, OnMedica, and BT, demonstrating a progressive career in software engineering and technical consultancy across various domains, particularly in civil, defense, and commercial sectors. Colin Lowe holds a BSc in Computer Science from Teesside University.
