Courtney Swain

Courtney Swain is an Aerospace Project Engineer at Leidos, engaged in the Human Health and Performance Contract for NASA at Johnson Space Center since June 2024. Previously, Courtney served as a Mechanical Engineer III at Bastion Technologies, Inc., working on the Bechtel ML2 project at Kennedy Space Center and earning the Innovation Award of Excellence in 2023. Courtney's experience includes roles as a Mathematics Instructor, Piping Engineer, and various teaching positions, demonstrating a diverse skill set and strong leadership capabilities. Courtney also held the role of Vice President of Finance at ALPHA CHI OMEGA Sorority, managing budgets and fundraising efforts. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University, obtained in 2018.
