Dawn Osborn

Dawn Osborn is an experienced Consulting IT Architect at CereCore since 2018 and has served as a Healthcare IT Consultant at Leidos since 2016. Prior to these roles, Dawn worked as a Senior Consultant at Navin, Haffty & Associates from 2011 to 2016, and as an EMR Coordinator at NEA Baptist Clinic from 2010 to 2011. Dawn's career in healthcare IT began as a Manager at St. Bernards Healthcare from 1998 to 2010 and included a brief role as an Implementation Specialist at First Consulting Group in 1998. Earlier experience includes work as an Assistant Database Coordinator at the Medical University of South Carolina from 1995 to 1998. Dawn holds a Master of Health Sciences in Healthcare Information Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from the MUSC College of Health Professions. Educational background also includes attendance at Arkansas State University and Belmont University, with high school education completed at Nettleton High School.
