Jacki Moore

Jacki Moore is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in healthcare environments. Currently serving as a Change Manager at Leidos since September 2024, Jacki previously held similar roles at Eastern Health and Epworth, focusing on building change capability and overseeing various projects. At Epworth HealthCare, responsibilities included people change management and training for technology adoption. Prior experience includes significant roles in training and support for the implementation of Kronos at Ramsay Health Care, along with a background in intensive care nursing management at St Vincent's Health Melbourne.
