Linda Hively

Linda Hively, CPCM, CFCM, is an accomplished Senior Contracts Manager at Leidos since October 2013, where expertise includes managing federal and commercial program contracts and leading a team in proposal preparation and contractual compliance. Previously, Linda served as Assistant Vice President and Operation Contracts Director at SAIC from October 1990 to September 2013, addressing proposal and contractual issues within a dynamic business unit. Earlier experience as a Government Contract Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency involved developing audit programs and evaluating corporate compliance in the aerospace and defense sectors. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
