Mark Clark

Principle Investigator and Senior Program Manager

Mark Clark is the Chairman of Ethical Artificial Intelligence and Technical Lead for Upskilling at Leidos, where they have been responsible for designing and implementing AI governance policies and educational pathways across various technical domains. With over 20 years of experience managing technical and research projects, including work for clients such as the CIA and DARPA, Mark has specialized in applications of data analysis and social science methodologies. They previously directed the development of the Conflict Assessment System Tool (CAST) while at The Fund for Peace and have held positions at PAREXEL, SAIC, and Vector Research. Mark holds a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and an MS in Information Systems from Capella University.
